The camp is designed to:
Yoga, expressive arts (clay, art, poetry and free associative writing), meditation and dance will happen daily. During this camp girls take turns talking and listening to one another about their concerns and interests. Each day of camp is theme based that relates to the girl’s lives.
No dance or art experience is necessary.

Dorit is a counsellor in private practice that provides support and help to girls and women through the life span to fully and authentically
come into themselves. She understands how complex it is to be a strong, caring and assertive woman today.
Dorit is a clinical social worker with post-graduate training in women mental health, eating disorders, expressive arts therapy and relational psychotherapy. She also has extensive training and experience in yoga, mindfulness meditation and somatic therapies.
Dorit was a professional contemporary dancer prior to her career as a clinical social worker. She has personally experienced the transition from dancer to social worker.
